Summer Gratitude

Thank you Lord Jesus for this day. Thank you Father, son and Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit Come!
Thank you for existence. Thank you for the word. Thank you for the breath of life, Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide. Thank you for the elements. Thank you for chemistr, biology, mathematics, physics and physiology, neurology and psychiatry. Thank you for the sunshine and photosynthesis. Thank you for existentialism and purpose and meaning. Thank you for those who carry the light and shine the light. Thank you for healing and healers. Thank you for mothers and fathers. Thank you for lovers. Thank you for Gilbert the cockapoo and George the cat. Thank you for indoor plumbing, electricity and heat and running water, hot and cold. Thank you for refridgeration. Thank you for coffee beans, coffee grinders and expresso machines. Thank you for milk and honey, granola and bananas. Thank you for family and friends. Especially thank you for Finn and Tanya and Andrew, and Graeme and Allan and Meaghan to come.  Thank you most of all for Adell. Thank you for Wayne and Ruth Anne. Thank you for those who have gone before and are waiting on the other side, partying and dancing and singing songs of rejoicing and pig farming.  Thank you for the flowers. Thank you for spaceships. Thank you for Mars and the Moon. Thank you for Jupiter. Thank you for aliens. Thank you for Big Bang and Intelligence. Thank you for the Word. Thank you for trajectories and fractals and holographs. Thank you for fingers and toes. Thank you for music, especially symphony and horns and violins and cellos. Thank you for kazoos and kettle drums and tambourines. Thank you for Hamm radio and SSB and BBC still on good days. Thank you for the internet and UTube.  Thank you for hot tubs and swimming pools. Thank you for bicycles and motorcycles, cars and trucks, campers and RV’s. Thank you for jet planes. Thank you for Persian Rugs and Italian suits. Thank you for Ethiopian coffee. Thank you for gefilte fish. Thank you for barbecued moose. Thank you for beavers. Thank you for dragonflies. Thank you for birds and their songs. Thank you for bees and honey. Thank you for yoghurt. Thank you for horses and cows. Thank you for the colours. Thank you for sobriety and wellness. Thank you for the tree of life. Thank you for bagpipes and tartans. Thank you for dresses and skirts and lovely legs and bosoms. Thank you for babies. Thank you for mobility. Thank you for inventors and entrepreneurs. Thank you for the soldiers and police. Thank you for bureaucrats and wise leadership. Thank you for celebrations and ginger ale. Thank you for sailing ships. Thank you for cotton and lace and silk. Thank you for softness and firmness and roughness and hardness and feelings like a kaleidoscope of wonder. Thank you for thoughts like scalpels and sutures. Thank you for ideas and genius and intuition and godliness. Thank you for the eureka and the wow. Thank you for all that I remember and all I forget. Thank you for life and death and the constant movement in the laughter of creation . Thank you for the blessed sound. Thank you for love. Thank you for smiles and frowns. Thank you for eyes. Thank you for heart and souls. Thank you for bears and cows and horses and chickens. Thank you for lollipops and chocolate bars and ice cream .Thank you for windmills and solar panels and combustion engines and mines and oil wells and gasoline and gold. Thank you for incense. Thank you for the scent of a woman and the taste of her in love. Thank you for perspiration and flatulence. Thank you for beans. Thank you for peas. Thank you for shit and toilets and fuck and cunt and dick and prick and all the taboo words that writers and artists love because of the civilization that comes from their inclusion in the dictionary. Thank you for censorship only for children. Thank you for freedom for adults and libertarianism and responsibility and accountability. Thank you for honest judges. Thank you for hard working lawyers. Thank you for truthful accountants. Thank you for scholarship and academics. Thank you for mechanics and technicians, handy men and competent women. Thank you for great lovers whose bodies seeks satisfaction in every moment. Thank you for gyms and work outs and exercise and flexibility. Thank you for dance and drama and all those things that were meant for the stage but also thank you for guerilla theatre and mock violence and all the home entertainment centres that are the village and not the nation. The glory of God in the highest. The wonder of Jesus. The amazement of nature. The joy of the mountain. The sadness of the valley. The rain and sun and wind. The inhalation and exhalation. Thank you all for this day. Thank you God for this time. Thank you for the now. Thank you for all. The good and the bad and the ugly. Most of all thank you for the beauty and eyes that can see and ears that can hear.  Thank you Lord Jesus.
