This is an amazing micro wave feast. I found it at Costco. 2 Roasts in vacuum packed containers. They come with gravy and take 10 minutes to microwave. The result is the ice cream of main course meals. Certified Angus Beef. They can also be done in the oven or stove top as 'boil in a bag'. Laura and I and Gilbert are completely sated again.
