Galway Museum, Galway, Ireland
Galway museum was just a little museum. Laura and I liked it. Some archeology and some oceanography, some bits about W.B. Yeats and Maud Gonne and the Golden Dawn Society, some stories about the soldiers who fought in the war. I liked the chamberpots. I doubt anyone using them thought they’d one day be on display in a museum. Too bad there’s no record of who used them. Walking about a town or city I get the big picture but so often it’s only in the museum we find the details.
