Point Wilson Coast Guard Light
Just outside Port Townsend is this marvellous old coast guard station. There are terrific RV and campgrounds near by and picnic areas. The attraction though is the wild and wonderful beaches that go for miles. Orcas pass in the channel. We saw them. Eagles soar above. Black tail deer walk about in the nearby woods. it's a mystical place. A place that makes me want to bring and easel rather than a camera. it deserves a whole lot more. But we had places to go and people to meet.
