Glorious Night!

It's a glorious night to be alive.

Five fingers and five toes moving.

Eyes present.

Lips and mouth and ears all fairly functional.

City lights. Fresh air.

Rains have cleaned the streets

And washed away the blood of despair.

Hope sings anew.

Thank God this day is done.

It's a glorious night to be alive!
